At Cynic Tees Hub, every product is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or personal preference.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing or manufacturing error, we'll make it right.
To request assistance:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- Provide clear photos of the item showing the issue (and the packaging if possible).
- Once the issue is verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Please Note
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse.
- We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
- You will not be required to return the damaged or defective item unless requested by our support team.
- Replacement requests are limited to items with verified manufacturing defects, printing errors, or damage that occurred before delivery.
